“Exploring the history of women’s rights in Victoria” – International Women’s Day archives tour & morning tea .

On International Women’s Day, explore the history of Victorian women’s rights on a tour of the Victorian Archive centre and learn about remarkable Victorian women, followed by morning tea.

Mosiac Card Making Workshop
Wednesday 16th March 4pm – 5:30pm
NMLL, 33 Alfred Street, North Melbourne
Mosaic art can be found all around the world and has been used extensively by Greek, Roman and Byzantine empires. It also features prominently in Islamic art.
Held as part of Cultural Diversity week, in this free workshop appropriate for all ages, you will use paper to create a mosaic card. You will have the option to follow a template pattern or create your own.
