Building community capacity through participation and collaboration
The NMLL Community Development Program aims to provide and facilitate community connectedness through consulation, communication, capacity building and networking. Highlights of the programme include:
Publication of 'Spreading the News', our quarterly newsletter
Parenting support, including the Baby Book Borrow program
Student Representative Council
Waste Not Want Not sustainability project
Development of the Harmony Garden
Lunchtime recreation including Knit-a-Square and gardening
Involvment in community activities including the Spring Fling
